TCRC operates 6 offices in the cities of Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, Oxnard and Simi Valley. With headquarters in Santa Barbara, TCRC maintains a staff of approximately 280 and serves a population of over 11,000 people with developmental disabilities.
